are Gen-Y women afraid to speak up?

I'm thinking of writing an article about Gen-Y women and our fear of speaking openly and honestly—whether in relationships, the workplace, or roommate situations.

Have you ever had a confrontation (or lack thereof) with a Gen-Y woman? How did it go? If you don't want to share publicly send me an email. I won't use any real names in the article.
