P.S. Check out "A Modern Promise" on the left side of the page. Kind of the logical conclusion of MGMT's Michael Jackson-styled "Electric Feel" plus Justin Timberlake's "What Goes Around"... in a good way.

poor muxtape.

As the weeks go by, the rather ominous notice on muxtape fails more and more to reassure me.

Oh, well. I suppose muxtape had reached its tipping point and was raring to jump the shark at any moment.

"And you can take my body/ Put it in a boat/ Light it on fire/ You can use the kerosene"

I don't know the first thing about reviewing music, so I'm just going to shoot it straight. If you are a person who sometimes listens to people singing and strumming things and/or a person who has a heart, you should buy the musical album Soft Airplane by Chad VanGaalen.

Some pleasant things that it contains:

-childlike album art
-soothing vocals
-quirky lyrics
-electronic shit
-actual instruments
-train noises

I may come up with some better reasons to shell out 13 dollars after a few more listens. What made me decide to shell out 13 dollars? you may ask. A record store employee recommended it.

ME: But I don't even know you.
RSE: So what? I work at a record store.

He had a good point. Friends, buy this album.
